Dated June 23, 1917, the certificate of incorporation for the Brotherly Love Association of Stolin, Inc. listed their objectives as:
To foster and cultivate friendship and the friendliest feelings among its members; to promote and uplift the social intercouse and to voluntary aid and assist its members in time of distress and adversity.

The New York Times reported on December 17, 1960 that the synagogue of the Brotherly Love Association of Stolin, Inc. was sold to the Bethesda Pentecostal Church. The Bethesda Pentecostal Tabernacle is currently located at 197 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11205.
