The documents in this record group (HM 2/9025.1) contains correspondence with the Ministry of Governmental Properties and the Kherson Regional Administration regarding the opening of taverns in the Jewish Settlements in L'vovo, Nowo Bereslav, Novo Poltavka, and Malaya Seideminucha for the sale of wine, vodka, and brandy.

The General Governor is requested to approve the number and location of these establishments. Further restrictions require 25% of the revenue to be distributed to farmers for the purpose of putting up various public buildings. Moreover, taxes will be collected from liquor sales.
