משפחת גולדברג

עמי ומשה גולדברג, משה בוגר בית הספר מקווה ישראל הגיע לגבעת עדה בשנת 1925 נישא לנעמי לבית הדס. משה היה חבר ב"הגנה" ובעל משק חקלאי שכלל , מטעים ומשק חי. נעמי בוגרת סמינר לוינסקי , היתה מורה ונשלחה ע'י המוסדות הלאומיים לבולגריה ועסקה בפעילות ציונית. במאורעות 1938 בהתקפה על המושבה נכנסו פורעים ערבים לביתם , נעמי נהרגה כאשר הגנה על שלושת ילדיה הקטנים: התאומות עכסה ואבישג והבן הקטן בנימין. משה המשיך בעבודתו החקלאית עד יום מותו. לבן בנימין שלושה ילדים ונכדים דור שלישי ורביעי

Goldberg Family

Ami and Moshe Goldberg, Moshe Graduated from the Mikveh Israel School, arrived in Givat Ada in 1925 and married Naomi. Moshe was a member of the Hagana and had an agricultural farm that included orchards and livestock. Naomi graduated from the Levinsky Seminar, was a teacher and was sent by the National Institutions to Bulgaria and engaged in Zionist activities. In the events of 1938, in an attack on the colony, Arab rioters entered their home. Naomi was killed when she protected her three small children: the twins Aksa and Avishag and the little son Binyamin. Moshe continued his agricultural work until the day of his death. Benyamin has three children and grandchildren from third and fourth generations.

משפחת אפרתי ,משפחת קרופיק

בית קרופיק - אפרתי . דבורה ובנימין קרופיק היו בין שמונה המשפחות המיסדות שגרו ב"חאן" במראח וקיבלו נחלתם בגבעת עדה. נולדו להם שלושה ילדים. זהבה, אהובה ויצחק. ב1920 נרצח בנימין בפתח ביתו ע'י ערבים ודבורה נשארה אלמנה עם שלושה ילדים. דבורה נישאה בשנית לזאב אפרתי שעבד כפועל במשקה ונולדו להם שלושה ילדים. שרה, עדנה ויוסקה. בשנת 1938 בנה יצחק בן 19 נחטף ונרצח ע'י כנופית ערבים עם עוד שניים (בן דוד ופועל עברי מהמושבה). כיום מתגוררים צאצאי משפחת קרופיק , אפרתי בני הדור השני, השלישי, הרביעי והחמישי במושבה

Krupnick Family

Krupik House - Efrati. Dvora and Benjamin Krupik were among the eight founding families who lived in the Khan in Marah and received their inheritance in Givat Ada. They had three children. Zahava, Ahuva, and Yitzhak. In 1920, Benjamin was murdered at the entrance to his home by Arabs and Dvora remained a widow with three children. Dvora remarried to Ze'ev Efrati, who worked as a laborer and had three children. Sarah, Edna and Yoska. In 1938 Yitzhak, nineteen, with two others (a cousin and a Hebrew laborer from the moshava)were kidnapped and murdered by a gang of Arabs. Today, descendants of the Krupik and Efrati families, the second, third, fourth and fifth generations, live in the settlement.

משפחת אורבוך

משפחת אורבוך, רחל לבית ברמן ואריה רוזנצוויג התישבו בגבעת עדה . רחל התאלמנה ותוך זמן קצר נישאה בשנית לאפרים אורבוך. רחל ואפרים עסקו בעבודת האדמה עיבדו את המשק החקלאי וגידלו את המשפחה המורחבת.בשנת 1938 נחטפו 3 נערים ע'י כנופית ערבים, בניהם דוד, בנם של רחל ואפרים, שהיה בן 14.לאחר שנתיים נתגלו גופותיהם והם נטמנו במושבה בקבר אחים. בגבעת עדה מתגוררים בן-ציון(דור שני למיסדים)ורעייתו שושנה.בחצר המקורית מתגוררים בני הדור השלישי והרביעי. נכד נוסף מתגורר בישוב

Orbuch Family

The Orbuchs, Rachel Berman and Aryeh Rosenzweig settled in Givat Ada. Rachel was widowed and soon remarried to Ephraim Orbuch. Rachel and Ephraim worked on the land, farmed the farm and raised the extended family. In 1938, three youths were abducted by a gang of Arabs, including David, the son of Rachel and Ephraim, who was 14. Two years later their bodies were discovered and buried in a mass grave. In Givat Ada live Ben-Zion (second generation of the founders) and his wife Shoshana. The third and fourth generation live in the original courtyard. Another grandson lives in the settlement.
