In 2012, a Spanish version of the Serock Yizkor Book by Dr. Silvio GUTKOWSKI of Israel, called "El Libro De Serock: Historias Imborrables (Book of Serock Ongoing History) was published. The Spanish translation is different in format from the English translation in several ways. Dr. GUTKOWSKI selected for Spanish translation some important chapters based on the original Yizkor Book.
In addition, he calls on relatives of former Serockers, as well as professional colleagues, to offer their thoughts and insights on the continuity of Serock's history between generations.
Several people interested in Jewish genealogy generously volunteered to translate into English Silvio GUTKOWSKI's remarks, as well as the comments from the invitees. Many thanks to the following five individuals. Below each person's name appears a link(s) to his/her translation(s).
