Novopoltavka Synagogue (Now a church)
For many years, a Cheder with 3 classes operated at the Synagogue.
In 1929, the Synagogue was closed. As a government decision, the building became a Jewish School (up to 7th grade)
After the war and the evacuation, no more than 30 Jews returned to the area.
In 1950, an Ukranian School was opened (up to 10th grade).
In 1970, all the Jews left Novopoltavka.
In 1980, the old Synagogue building was empty. Now it is in the process of been reconstructed as an Orthodox Chuch.
