Miropol

 

Myropil is an urban-type settlement in Romaniv Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine.
Population: 4,746
Location known to Jews as Miropol (or Old Miropol) is now the part of this settlement. It was created in 1957 by merging three villages: Kamenka, New Miropol and Old Miropol.

It is located 44 miles (70 km) WSW of Zhytomyr, 8 miles (13 km) E of Polonnoye.
