Modern time Myropil was created in 1957 by merging three small villages: Kamenka, Old Myropil and New Myropil. The only two are relevant to the Jewish history: Old Myropil and Kamenka. The Jewish cemetery of Kamenka become the current Jewish cemetery of Myropil. Remains of the Old Jewish cemetery still can be seen in the Old Myropil part.
