In 1991, a Holocaust Monument was erected in Chorzele.  The monument was composed of
fragments from the gravestones of
Jews from Chorzele.  In 2006, David Fiszerung, a Holocaust survivor, unveiled a memorial to his ancestors in Chorzele.
