Hi all,

I've created a searchable database with Kishinev related persons extracted from several collections (Yad Vashem, Ellis Island, USHMM, Business Directories...).

The database contains already almost 25,000 records and I expect it will grow in the future.

It is accessible on the kehilalinks site under the research menu or directly at the All Kishinev database Home page

I remind you that you can propose your images, articles, document or people data to be published on the site. This will help to make it grow.

Also, you can provide records of your family tree to be added to the Kishinev Database.

Additionally, there's a new page dedicated to the Jewish Cemeteries and a new Jewish Cemeteries Image Gallery

Hi everybody,

I've added a list of surnames compiled from the datasets of the annual revision lists for Kishinev from 1848 to 1856.
The full datasets were submitted by the Bessarabia SIG to the JewishGen Romania & Moldova Database.

This list might be helpful to search later the full records in the JG Database with the correct spellings.

The list is available on the Kishinev databases at Jewishgen under the research section.

Hi everybody,
