				Recipe for Zhakoya
				 A Meat Dish

     Brust (D) Eckel or Top of the Rib
        One onion
        Paprika
        Accent
        Garlic Salt
        Two Cups of Water
        
	
	    Cut up onion in pot
            Put in meat and two cups of Water
            Sprinkle Accent, Paprika and Garlic Salt
            Cook over low flame
            Turn meat and sprinkle paprika on underside
        
	As a New World twist, sprinkle Oregano with
        the other spices.
