Marriage certificate of Mr. Iancu Sfartziman, 24 years old, of Mosaic religion, merchant, born and living in Podu Turcului, son of Itzic Sfartziman and Roza Sfartziman, merchants, living in Podu Turcului, who agreed to this marriage, and Miss Freida Volfizon, 22 years old, born and living in Podu Turcului, daughter of Leib Volfizon and Ita Volfizon, living Podu Turcului, who agreed to this marriage.

The people present here, contracting parts and parents, declared that there was no marital contract done.

The preliminary documents presented are: the announcements made without opposition in this town, on Sunday, November 30, 1896 and December 7, 1896; the birth record of the husband to be, authenticated under no 128 /1897; the birth record of the wife to be, delivered under no 2320/1897. All these documents were read to be heard by everybody present here and remained in the Town Hall archive, according to chapter VI in the Civil Code.

The contracting parts declared that they wanted to marry each other, respectively Freida Volfizon and Iancu Sfartziman. I, Grigore Iacovache, mayor and civil Estate Officer in Podu Turcului, stated that the contracting parts are united by marriage. Everything that was mentioned above was made public at the Town Hall in the presence of the 4 legal witnesses: Haim Zisu, 70 years old, and Mr. Meer Ceaus, 48 years old, both ushers; Leizer M. Segal, 32 years old, merchant; and Anasytase Sendrea, 35 years old, clerk, living in Podu Turcului. The first two came with the husband and the last two came with the wife.

The people present here, contracting parts and parents, declared that there a marital contract done, registered under no 1, by the Country Court of Zeletin.

The preliminary documents presented are: the announcements made without opposition in this town, on Sunday, 1 and 8 of January, 1877; the birth record of the husband to be, authenticated under no 6 C by the Stanosesti Mayoralty; the birth record of the wife to be, delivered under no 113, by the Podu Turcului mayoralty. The preliminary documents presented are: the announcements made without opposition in this town, on Sunday, 19 and 26 of February, 1894; the birth record of the husband to be, authenticated under no 2541/13 Dec. 1891, by the Podu Turcului Mayoralty; the birth record of the wife to be, delivered under no 312/Febr. 25, 1894, by the Podu Turcului mayoralty; the death certificate of the groom's father, no 1958/1883; the death certificate of the bride's father, no 488/1891 - Piatra Neamtz; the death certificate of the bride's mother, no 487/1889, Piatra Neamtz. All these documents were read to be heard by everybody present here and remained in the Town Hall archive, according to chapter VI in the Civil Code.

The contracting parts declared that they wanted to marry each other, respectively Ita Rosner and Hunea Blum. I, Dimitrie Theodorescu, mayor and civil Estate Officer in Podu Turcului, stated that the contracting parts are united by marriage. Everything that was mentioned above was made public at the Town Hall in the presence of the 4 legal witnesses: Iosup Ringhel, 46 years old, merchant; Mr. Iosip Natanzon, 48 years old, cantor; Mendel Rabinovici, 40 years old, butcher, and Alter Hoschizon, 56 years old, tailor, living in Podu Turcului. The people present here, contracting parts, the parents of the groom, and the mother of the bride declared that there was a marital contract done, registered under no 9/September 14, 1884, by the Country Court of Zeletin.
