Mukacheve Prayer Room |
Post-WWII: Until July 2006, when a new synagogue and kosher kitchen was constructed, the observant Jews of Mukacheve met on the top floor of a discrete two-story building in town for prayer services. It had one room that was divided by a curtain into a prayer area on one side and an eating area with tables on the other. A small kosher kitchen was located off to the side of the eating area. |
