| This website is devoted to the Jewish community of Tarnobrzeg, which was
central to Tarnobrzeg's spirit and history for centuries. While the tragic
events of World War II extinguished the Jewish community of Tarnobrzeg,
the aim of this website is to preserve from oblivion the history of this
community. While this website was created primarily to remember Tarnobrzeg
Jewry, documents about Poles and Catholics who lived there in the 18th,
19th, and early 20th century can be found as well. If you possess archival
materials, photographs, or memoirs relating to Tarnobrzeg Jewry, please
