I know there's something wrong.|
Something's not quite right.
A stranger's in my house,
He scares me and it's night.
Mama will be here soon.
The stranger's coming closer.
Should I hide or run away?
I hear him by the door now.
If I’m good he'll let me stay.
Mama said she'd be here soon...
Wait for
me,
I'm coming!
Don't give
up
just
yet.-
I'm right around the corner,
The sun
has
not quite set..
Help
me
find her!
RUN, hide in the cupboard!
Pretend you
have
no voice.
I'm near, my precious
baby,
Don't
make
a single noise.
Help
me
find her!
I look out the upstairs window.
They're shouting in the dark.
My Auntie Ruth is crying.
The dogs begin to bark.
Mama will be here soon.
He's very big and tall
And can almost reach the sky.
I am scared but I am Jewish,
I won't let him see me cry.
Where is Mama?
They
made
us show our papers,
Trucks passed
us
while in line.
I know where they
are going,
I must make it home in
time!
Help
me
find her!
I see the trucks drive away.
I hear her call my name.
My heart will break as I run
on,
To finish this awful game.
Help
me
find her, PLEASE!
