In 1928, Zabloc
was designated as a miasteczko (small town) and gmina wiejska (parish
village), council office for the surrounding villages in the first
uchastok of Lida powiat, Nowogrodskie voevodstvo of Poland. The Justice
of the Peace was in Lida and the Justice Court in Wilno. The 1928
miasteczko population was 258. The railway was 28 kilometers away in
Skrzbowce. The post office and telephone were in Zablocie k. Lidy and
the telegraph located in Lidy. Zabloc had one Catholic church.
