Meyerowitz/Goldin Family
The Meyerowitz family was originally from Birziai, Lithuania, and came to Kupiskis in approximately 1886 when several of the children of Eliash Meyerowitz married women from there. The children of Eliash were: Gershon-Zvi, Naftoli,
Efraim, Itsyk "Isaac", Yisroel, Benjamin, Perel and
two other females whose names are not known. The branch that follows is that of Naftoli Meyerowitz, born 1869, the son of Eliash and Malka Peres.
