Two posts on JewishGen about the confusions

From Baruch Pinnick:

Now there are two Svislochs in Belarus. One of them - my ancestors' shtetl - is about 40 or so miles north of Bobruysk.  The other is closer to Pinsk. You could try the Bobruysk SIG at
https://kehilalinks.jewishgen.org/bobruisk/index.html If your Svisloch is the Bobrusk one. By the way, both Svislochs  are also known as Svislovitch or Svislich. The one north of
Bobruysk is at the confluence of the Svislich and Berazina rivers.

From Bob Weiss in Palo Alto:

I do not know where the two Svislochs are that Baruch mentions, but there is a Svisloch at 53 degrees 02 minutes North latitude, 24 degrees 06 minutes East Longitude just south of the main east-west road joining Wolkowysk and Bialystok. This Svisloch is closely tied with Wolkowysk/Volkovysk and is mentioned in Dr. Moses Einhorn's two-volume yizkor book "Wolkowysker Yizkor Buch" in two chapters on Svisloch and its destruction written by
Avraham Ein starting on page 600.
