This is a sketch, from 1939, of the synagogue and school.

The map shows the location of the footbridge (RED). The synagogue and school (GREEN) were still standing in 2001, but were in ruins because people were stealing bricks from it. All other revelant historic sites and buildings were demolished and replaced by a park.
