• "Fifty Years Ago" — Josh Heilman has written "Fifty Years Ago" — remembering the synagogue he and his family attended in Lubaczów, and the final destruction of that synagogue.



• "Political Activities of the Jewish Community in Lubaczów" — The following story explains how Lipa, a young communist from Lubaczów, wanted to live the perfect life in Birobidzan. It was written by Lipa's cousin Joshua Heilman.



• "The Cousins" — In this story Josh tells about the Reinfeld cousins and the success story of Joseph H. Reinfeld.

Unfortunately, I am not able to update this website as often as I would like.

During the last two years I have visited Lubaczów twice — in May 2002 and in May 2003. On both occasions I have documented the Jewish cemetery in Lubaczów, and hope one day to get the approximately 1,650 gravestones placed on the JewishGen Online Worldwide Burial Registry (JOWBR) website.
