Silke Ladenheim

“This is probably the earliest photo of a known Ladenheim that we know of. She was Silke Ladenheim and was the third generation of Ladenheim's; I am the seventh generation. Just about all Ladenheim's are related, from Silke's children. She was born some time around 1840 I'm guessing, her son was born early 1860s.”

“I can't yet identify the people in this picture, but I am sure that they were Ladenheims. All of my pictures are from my grandfather, Harry (Hersch) Ladenheim, who was born in Gorodenka. From the dress style in this picture I guess it was taken in the late 1800s.”
