During a recent trip to Poland, I went to my father's home town, Wyszków, about 35 miles NE of Warsaw. Wojciech Smolkowski, a local architect, had some B & W pre-war photos of the town. A few appeared in "Der Landsman" (published in 1936 by the Wishkover Benevolent Society), as well as in "Sefer Wyszków" (published in 1964 in Israel by David Shtokfish). Here are thumbnails and links to larger photos. Please email me if you can identify any street, street address, building, etc., or have memories of any of these places.
