Kollel Galica, or Kollel Hibat Yerusalayim, was established in 1830 by most of the Chasidic communities in Galicia. Members of each community donated money on a quarterly basis to support for charitable activities in Eretz Israel and the money and the donors' names were sent to the Kolel. Lists of the donors are in an archive at the office of Kollel Galicia in the mea Shearim section of Jerusalem. that includes lists of donations for the years 1915 to 1939. The collections, made by the local gabbaim (clerks of the synagogue) were listed with the name of the donor with his address.
Below are lists for two sample years, 1928 and then 1937, a few years before the Germans carried out their actions in Galicia. Unsurprisingly, the 1937 list is much shorter.
