My Grandma Rebecca Yoffe was born in Vitebsk, Oct.15 1890. Her mother was named Chaya Riva(?). Her father was Hershel Yoffe. She came to the USA approximately 1909- 1911 and lived in Manhattan. She moved to the Bronx, NY to marry Louis Sibel.
