Ticket of Leave from Tsarist Army in year c1890 (he's aged 21) with illegible date for absence, again listing him as from Vitebsk and as tradesman

Listed as Isaacs in 1901 census, and Samuel Isaacs recorded there as cabinet maker/journeyman
