A letter from L. Bergman, President of the Chewra Kadischa in Skala, to D. Simonsen can be found at the following link: Letter
In the letter, Leibisch Bergmann asks for support for six orphans. It is a very polite letter. The grandfather of the children was the only relative of the children. His son has died earlier. The grandfather who has been president of the "Chewra Kadischra" has died recently. He has impoverished and lived of the support of friends. The underaged orphans now do not have anything to make a living. The community itself is small and poor and not able to deal with it. So Leibisch Bergmann as guardian asks for support. Name of the man who died or the children or the adresse are not given.

A transcription is not possible. So I put in what I can make out and invented some wordparts knowing the other card.
I think L.W. Bergmann had no reaction for the last letter and asks again for help for the old men's orphaned grandchildren.
What is there for sure:
L.W. Bergmann refers to a recently written request for aid. The words heart, benefaction, without resonance, suffering, shame, support, 100 old man, beloved son,
A benefaction the Allm--ty (g-d)will reciprocate. In this hope of a good answer greets
L.W. Bergmann
