This is a photograph from the Kossovo yizkor book that shows my mother's first cousin Florence and her parents being seen off at the railroad station on their way to America in 1927. Her mother Marcia was the oldest sister of my grandmother Isabel Heyman Volk (1904-1972), who was born Beile Risikoff in Kossovo. Almost everyone else in the picture died in the Shoah.
