This monument stands in a square apart from the cemetery

The Yiddish inscription reads:
"In this place in June 1941 the local assistants of the Nazis killed the Rebbe of Riteve Rab Shmuel Fondiler, and the ritual slaughterer Abo Rabinovitsh.  Their remains were brought to Jerusalem June 27 1944.  The transfer was organized by Nachman and Sime Katz."
