Klein

THE KLEIN FAMILY OF TELEGEDI STREET
(8) Only three people in this photograph can be identified.
In the top row (third, fourth, and fifth from the left) are
Maria Frisch Klein, Lenke Frisch Szego and Maria Katz.
With the exception of Maria and Lenke, everyone in this
photograph died in the Holocaust.


Rudolf

(9) Rudolf's wife Gizella Nieder with their children Agnes and Jozsef
(10) Rudolf Klein and (11) Jozsef and Agnes Klein at an older age
Gizella and Agnes probably died in Auschwitz when Agnes was in her early twenties.
Rudolf perished in a forced-labor camp in 1945. Of Rudolf's family, only Jozsef survived.
The Kleins are the relatives of Miskolc researcher Agnes Szego Orban.

Jozsef

FAMILY OF HENRIK MANDL AND PEPI GRUNFELD
(12) Jozsef Rubner
Jozsef was conscripted into a forced labor batallion and died in
Kozseg in 1945. He was the uncle of Miskolc researcher Alan Mandl.

Roza

FAMILY OF HERMAN GRUNWALD AND ROZA GOLDSTEIN
(13) Roza Goldstein Grunwald and (14) Franciska Blum Grunwald
Roza and Franciska were murdered in the gas chambers of Auschwitz in 1944.
They were the grandmother and mother of Miskolc researcher and
Holocaust survivor Mordechai Gidron (born Henrik Grunwald).


Grunwald

(15-18) Marton, Andor, Imre, and Jozsef Grunwald
The Grunwald brothers died in labor battalions on the Russian front in 1943. They were the uncles of
Miskolc researcher and Holocaust survivor Mordechai Gidron (born Henrik Grunwald)
