The Poldor Company in Israel has compiled the following property restitution list. Poldor is one of many private offices around the world assisting Polish decendants in the retrieval of their family property left behind in Poland. This list consists of 220 owners of apartment buildings in Kraków and was compiled in 1998. Currently, the Kraków municipality manages a large percentage of such houses, but due to the existing tenant protection law, the rent collected is minimal. However, it should be noted that the tenant protection law will expire in three years and the municipality has already started legal proceeding to confiscate such properties. To the best knowledge of Poldor, the Kraków municipality has not yet confiscated these houses.
