Kolbuszowa is included in the Kolbuszowa Region Research Group (KRRG). Shtetlach were interwoven together like a tapestry; the Jewish people of neighboring shtetlach were linked by marriages, trade, and marketing. They shared schools, cemeteries, kosher butchers, bakers, and more. Smaller shtetlach registered their births, marriages, and deaths in a nearby, larger, shtetl. One should research neighboring areas as well as an individual shtetl. The KRRG website has resources and information that is relevant to many shtetlach. To search for family links, and learn more about neighboring shtetlach, please visit the Kolbuszowa Region Research Group (KRRG).

May His Soul Be Bound Up In The Bond Of Eternal Life
We dedicate this webpage to the memory of Norman Salsitz who, having escaped the grip of the Nazis, fought from the forests surrounding our town and paused to save the trampled photos of Jewish families which had been left behind.
