identify only a few people:
Standing Back row Left to Right: Chaim Wohl (i think); 3rd Leikale
Bleautal Zlatkes, both survived and live in Israel. Leikale taught me
Hebrew.
Second row: Dr. Korn, Dentist; Menashe Felner, one of my public school
teachers who also taught Judaism when Catholics studied catechism.
4th from left Frishwasser, storekeeper; 5th- Marilda Krenkel, survived
and passed away in New York several years ago; 6th - Krenkel, her
father a tinsmith, I think; 7th -my late mother Tema Lang
Seated: Uncertain but left could be one of Krenkel boys and right
Bumik Glick, survived and made aliya and became police officer. |
