Old family photo which we have always believed to be Hirsch and Bossa. We had no idea who the children are, or when and where the picture was taken. However, with the census information in hand, it is reasonable to believe that the young woman is Rivke (on census) and the baby is David (born 1870), meaning the picture was likely taken in Nikolayev around 1870.
