The Frank Family memorial plaque was erected by Imre Frank and his wife Judit.
The Franks were from Borsodgeszt, a village southwest of Miskolc.
When the plaque was installed in the Miskolc synagogue, some surviving
members of the extended Frank family were living in Caracas, Venezuela.
The top line of the plaque reads in Hebrew:
"We remember you, our hearts bleed for you, our souls ache... Psalm XLII."
The Hebrew words next to "Judit" are "Yonah ben [son of] Naftali [illegible]
Ester bat [daughter of] Naftali."
