Sidney MISHKIN (left) and Joe BERGSTEIN (right) who enlisted in 1940, was captured by Japanese in 1942, survived the Bataan Death March and three years in Japanese prison camps. After the war, obtained B.S. and M.S. degrees and became an outstanding Physicist at the nuclear lab in Los Alamos
