April 2015

Dear Kremenets District Friends,

On behalf of the Kremenets District Research Group, I wish you and your loved ones a very Happy Pesach, Chag Sameach!

We have been busy over the past few months. Thanks to our wonderful translators and volunteer processors, we have added 1,685 Vishnevets birth records to our Concordance (Master Name Index) and to our Master Births spreadsheet.

The Concordance and Master Births spreadsheet also have Vishnevets births, 1878-1879, 1881-1888. This completes all 4,417 Vishnevets birth records that we have obtained to date. Although the new records are not yet in the searchable Concordance, you can download the Concordance spreadsheet from our Kremenets KehilaLinks website:

http://kehilalinks.jewishgen.org/Kremenets/web-pages/master-surnames.html

The Concordance now has 193,523 entries! I will let you know when the searchable Concordance is updated.

All of the Vishnevets birth records also are in our Master Births spreadsheet. It is available to contributors on our Google KDRG Contributors website <https://sites.google.com/site/kdrgcontributors/documents>.

In addition, the following Kremenets records have been translated.

The Kremenets records are not yet in either the Concordance or master spreadsheets, but they are available in pre-release, unedited spreadsheets on our KDRG Contributors website:

If you want to see a list of the status of all the records that are available on the KDRG Contributors website download our "Document Acquisitions and Status file" from our KehilaLinks website. It is the first item at:

Please contact me (rddpdx@gmail.com) if you need information about how to access the KDRG Contributors website.

Best wishes,

Ron
