In accordance with the education system in
Starokonstantinov uyezd, Krasilov town, there are 783
children of the school age. 16 sets are needed
(1 set per 50 pupils).Now in Krasilov we have only 3 school sets. It’s not enough for all children of school age. In view of broad literacy spreading among people of Starokonstantinov uyezd Zemska Uprava (local administration) approved of the verdict N 2 from 08.06.1917 of Krasilov inhabitants to open school. Besides schools which are there and which are planning to be open by administration – one more school must be open. The maintenance of this school may be taken from taxes. Signatures of the Head

signed below the inhabitants of the
permanent residence in Krasilov town,
Starokonstantinovsky uyezd Volyn gubernia on
this date after meeting in which we were
present and discussed about
school which we want to have in our town,
and as our town is not able to gather enough
money to open school, there is a proposal to take
money from taxes which formed the big remainder
from all gubernia. 6 000 rubles can serve to
open school for learning children from Krasilov and
