For the wedding of Y. L. Schneider of Tavrig to his contemporary Elli Gellis from here in Gorzd, 4.40 rubles were collected for the benefit of the community in the Holy Land according to receipt 12/116.

The bridegroom (contributed) 1 ruble, the groom’s father 60 kopeks, the bride’s father 20 kopeks, H. Berenstein from Plungian 50 kopeks, S.M. Wolfson from Memel and Yosef Porat 25 kopeks each, Elya Druck, H. Reznik, F. Melamed, Ber Rubinstein and Zavel Broida 18 kopeks each and additional contributions totaling 54 kopeks.

Dov Hakohen Borochov blesses the aforementioned couple and also Toiva Bloch on her engagement to her contemporary Idel Israelson in Chicago and Gittel Bloch on her engagement to her contemporary Bentzion Nachum Tankel in Zager. In commemoration he has contributed 25 kopeks for the benefit of the community in the Holy Land according to receipt 13/116.

For the wedding of Yosef Patz to his contemporary Michla Gutman, the groom and his father each contributed 36 kopeks for the benefit of the community in the Holy Land according to receipt 14/116.

I congratulate Yosef Patz and his contemporary Michla Gutman on the occasion of their wedding and in commemoration I have contributed 50 kopeks for the benefit of the community in the Holy Land according to receipt 15/116.

Nathaniel Yaffeh May God from Zion bless the daughter of my father Toiva Bloch on her engagement to her contemporary Idel Israelson in Chicago and the daughter of my father Gittel Bloch on her engagement to her contemporary Benzion Nachum Tankel in Zager. In commemoration we have contributed 64 kopeks for the benefit of the community in the Holy Land according to receipt 16/116.

Miriam Zusmanovitz congratulates Toiva and Gittel Bloch on their engagements and contributed 36 kopeks (twice chai) according to the aforementioned receipt.

To congratulate Yitzhak Neraslavsky in Tirksle on the birth of his son Yechezkel – may he merit raising him to a life of Torah, a worthy marriage and good deeds – we have contributed: his father Mordecai 50 kopeks, his brother Yeshaye 30 kopeks, Yosef Porat 20 kopeks according to receipt 17/116.
