Shmuel
Sidrenski left Volpa
before the war. He lived in Hadera, Israel, and he passed away in 2002.
He wrote a story “Volpe, My Shtetle”, which
describes the shtetle as he remembered it. This story is from the book "Wolkowysk - the story of a
Zionist Jewish community", (Hebrew) by Catriel Lashovitz, Tel Aviv, 1988.
