Efim UchitelEfim Uchitel ( October 15, 1913 Tiraspol -August 18, 1988 St. Petersburg)was a Soviet cameramen and director of documentary films.
Efim had four siblings. His father worked in a printing house of the newspaper "Dniester Region". The family lived on Chappel Street in Tiraspol.
