List of people who were trying to get help from their American family.  Behr Hersh Zakstein was in Borisoglebsk, Russia in 1917 and asking the Joint, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, to help him get in contact with Mr. M. and Dina Zakstein in Worcester, MA.

This is from the Jewish Displaced Persons and Refugee Cards, 1943-1959, a collection of registration cards of Jewish survivors who registered with the Emigration Department of JDC in Munich after World War II for help in emigrating to countries other than Israel.
