They had two sons:
1) Harry GELBARD who was born in La Paz, Bolivia, 13/10/ 1948 He married Leonor HUBERMAN and had three children: 1) Jackelina GELBARD who married and had two children: Catalina (7) and Hule (2); 2) Debora GELBARD married and had twins Ailén and Leila (2); Diego Simón GELBARD, who was born in 1975 and was single. He lives in Mexico.
2) Pablo GELBARD (55) was married to Rita ASAN and had five children:
Silvio GELBARD (34), Gastón GELBARD (32), Jhonathan (26) and Stephan GELBARD (13).

2) Chana MERETYK (nee MAK) was born in Plonsk and was widower of Icek Leib MERETYK. They lived in Plonsk, but during the war she was in Warsaw, Was in Ghetto of Warsaw where she was murdered by the nazis. Testimony was gived her son Petr MERETYK who live in USA.

The information was sent to Ana Nuta by a descendant of Plonskers Carol Clapsaddle.

Avraham Shmuel GOLDSTEIN was born in Plonsk, married Chanah and his second wife was Berthe or Betsy ROSENTAL. Their daughters Rachel and Rosa or Reize too.
They left Plonsk in about 1870/1880 and went to Paris and then to Birmingham, England, the cities where their other children were born.
Carol knew there was once a rabbi named Avraham Shmuel GOLDSTEIN, she had his signature on vital records of the town, but she didn’t know if he was related because her ancestor was a master tailor in Birmingham.

Yitzkhak GOLDSTEIN was born in Plonsk in 1880, married Lea ULERT. They were taken to Warsaw Ghetto where he died in 1942. This testimony was given by Dov ULERT, their grandson in 1957.

1. David GREEN was born in Plonsk, son of Zelig Green and cousin of David Ben Gurion. He married Feige Rachel PERLMUTER. They had 11 children.David died in Plonsk and his widow Feige Rachel immigrated to Chicago, Illinois, USA where a number of her children already lived. Their children were:

The testimony was given by her granddaughter Ramona Danlen (nee Dancyger) 24/ 09/99 who lives in Sweden.

David GRIN was born in Plonsk in 1906, married Khava Apel. He was in Ghetto of Plonsk, and was taken with his one year old son to the Camp of Auschwitz where they were murdered in 1942. This testimony at Yad Vashem was given by his sister in law, Rivka Kalmanovitz, Jan10, 1957.

Hava or Khava GRIN was born in 1912 to Hersh Leib and Rosa in Zakroczyn. She married David GRIN and they went to live in Plonsk. SHEINDEL BROITMAN (Her parents were María Perla Sura ROTBLATT and David Josheph BROITMAN. She was born in Plonsk in Nov.19, 1854 and died in Plonsk in Jan 24, 1899 (The parents of David Joseph Broitman were MEILOCH BROITMAN and TAUBA KOHN) She married AVIGDOR GRÜEN in Apr.9, 1876 in Plonsk. (He was born in Plonsk in Jan.1857 to ZVI GRÜEN and MECHLA BRYN, and died in May 13,1942 in Tel Aviv. And Sheindel died in Plonsk in Febr. 7, 1898 and the cause of the death said: Childbirth. They had eleven children, but only 5 survived to adulthood. Avigdor GRÜEN moved to Palestine in July 13, 1925. He was named as Viktor Grúen too. The children who are alive:

1) Abraham GRÜEN was born in Plonsk in 1877 and died in Israel. He married in first time with unknown. The second time with CHINDLA TAUBA NACHMANOWICZ who was born in Plonsk in 1876 (her parents were Jakow NACHMANOWICZ and Cheveta RYWKA) They married in Jan. 30, 1898 in Plonsk. They had three children: one unknown gender GRÜEN; Sheindel GRÜEN (for his mother) was born in 1902; and Benjamín GRÜEN was born in 1909. They moved from Plonsk to Israel in 1931.

2) Michel Gruen was born in May 7, 1879 and died in March 1965 in Israel. He had a daughter perhaps named Miriam with his first wife. She left Michel and took her daughter with her. He married a second time in Tel Aviv to Bruria (aka Bronka) Majzels born about 1896 in Konin, and died September 1979 in Tel Aviv, Israel. (Her first husband, died in the Holocaust). The source of these facts are from Bruria Majzels’ two sisters, now deceased, who Madeleine Okladek met in Tel Aviv. They are Madeleine's cousins related through Bruria's mother, Ryfka Prochownik.

3) RIVKA GRÜEN was born in 1881 and died in Israel. She married Abraham LEFKOVITZ who was born in 1851 and died in Poland in 1920. They had only one child: Benjamin Lefkovitz.

4) DAVID JOSEPH GRÜEN who was born in Plonsk in Oct. 16, 1886 / or Febr.18, 1887 and died in Dec. 1st. 1973 in Tel Aviv, Israel. He married Paulina or Paula or Penina MUNWESS who was born in 1886 and died in Jan. 1968 in Israel. DAVID JOSEPH GRÜEN changed his name to DAVID BEN GURION (Select this link to read about his life). They had three children: GEULA BEN GURION was born in Sep.1918 in New York.USA. She married EMANUEL BEN ELIEZER who was born in 1917. They had one child; YARIV BEN ELIEZER who was born in 1940. AMOS BEN GURION was born in Aug.1920 in London, England. He married Mary and they had a child, named: ALON GURION who was born in 1952 and married Anastasia. Renana GRÜEN who was born in 1909 and arrived to Israel in 1923 and lived in 1937 in Kibbutz Na'an. Renana married and had three children: ISRAEL GRÜEN, MICHEL GRÜEN and OAZ GRÜEN ENANA BEN GURION who was born in March 1925 in Israel.

5) TZIPPORA GRÜEN who was born in 1890. She married Moshe KORITNI who died in Ukraine in 1921. She was a nurse and emigrated in 1923 to Palestine, then Israel. They had one child: Arieh KORITNI who was born in 1917 and emigrated with his mother to Palestine, then in Israel with the surname of Ben Gurion and he never married.

2) Kajli MICHALOWSKI ( nee Gutman) was born in Plonsk. She was married to Szymon Leib. They lived in Plonsk, was in Ghetto of Plonsk where she died at the age of 34. The testimony was gived by he aquaintance Tzipora SARIG.
3) Hinda MORDKOWICZ (nee GUTMAN) was born in Plonsk in 1895 to Hersh and Pesia GUTMAN. Ana Raquel Nuta researched her family Grinbaum. My father’s name is Maier Nuta. His mother's name was Estera Dobra Grinbaum (my grandmother), who married Abraham Nuta (my grandfather). Her father was Mordekhai Yosef Grinbaum (my great grandfather) who married Gizela (my great grandmother). For this reason I mention the root of the family Grinbaum; what I know and can search. This family were in Plonsk originaly and then in different towns from Poland.They had in Poland a history of around 700 years. With personalities very important in the Jewish Community.

1.1.- ITA GRINBAUM, who was born in Plonsk in 1898 and died in Auschwicz, with her husband and children in 1942., when she was 44 years old. This testimony is given by her brother Yehuda Grinbaum in Yad Vashem .
1.2.- BAJLA or BELLA GROSSMAN (nee GRINBAUM), who was born in Plonsk in 1893 and when she married Grossman, she moved to live in Sierpc, Poland. 2.1.3.- HIRSH GRINBAUM (16)
All were murdered in Auschwicz in 1942. This testimony was given by Shaul Grinbaum, who survived, as a son and brother, in Yad Vashem Febr.17th,1957, and lives in Israel.
3.- DVORA GRINBAUM, who was born in Plonsk and married Prusk-Prusak. Her parents was Grinbaum and Dvora Robotnik. I don’t know where she died., but she had 40 years. This testimony is given in Yad Vashem by her relative in Jul.10th.,1957, Shaul Grinbaum.
4.- KHANA SARA GRINBAUM, her parents was Eliahu Grinbaum and and Khava BRIK. He was born in Sandomierz, Kielce, Poland, married and had many children, but I don’t know haw many and their names.When she married she moved to live in Plonsk. Her brother and son, who gived this testimony in Yad Vashem, don’t where they were died. He don’t know the date of her birthday and when she was died with her family. Her brother’s name is Leib Brik, and gave testimony in Jan.24th,1957.
5.- LUCYNA LEA GRINBAUM, his parents was Grinbaum and Luchía, she was born in Plonsk in 1926, single and student, live during the war in Makow, Mazowiecki, Warszawa, Poland and died in Auschwicz
Camp Poland. This testimony was gived by a relative: Pnina Ben Yekhezkel, in Yad Vashem in Dic.19th, 1955.
6.- VOLF GRINBAUM , who was married with Dvora Klapfish, was born in Plonsk, in 1870. They have many children, but I know only this:
6.1.- BATIA GRINBAUM, who was born in Plonsk in 1910, she married and moved to live in Mlava, Warszawa. They died in Majdanec Camp. In 1942. This testimony is gived by a relative: Shoshana Herenstat, who wasn’t a Survivor, in Yad Vashem.
7.- BENEDIKT GRINBAUM, was born in Plonsk and live there. His father was Grinbaum and his mother had the name Andzia. He was single, and who give the testimony don’t know where he died. The testimony in Yad Vashem was given by his cousin Yaacov Bruzda in Febr. 20,1957.
8.- MORDEKHAI YOSEF GRINBAUM, who was born in 1848, and married Gizela Grinbaum ( they were my great-grandparents.) They have many children, who live in different towns, in Poland, but I know only this:

They died in Auschwicz in 1942, when Moshe was 70 years. This testimony was given by their son Yitzkahak Grinbaum at Yad Vashem, in May.24th,1955.
8.2.- CHAJA GRINBAUM, who died in the Ghetto of Warszawa, in Aug.22,1940. She had when she died 64 years old.
8.3.- ICCHAK GRINBAUM, who was an activist in Zionism from Poland and International. He was a Congressman of the Congress Zionist World-wide. He was a journalist and editor of the magazine Podziemia.
He married and had many children, but I don’t know their names and ages. He and his family died in Ghetto of Warszawa or in Auschwicz.
8.4.- ESTERA DOVRE GRINBAUM , who was born in Plonsk in 1873. She married Abraham NUTA in 1873 in Plonsk. They were murdered in Auschwicz in 1942. The testimony of their murdered was given by their granddaughter Ana Raquel Nuta, in Yad Vashem in 2004.

8.4.5.- MIRIAM NUTA , who was born in Plonsk in 1905 and married David NAJMAN who was born in Plonsk too and they had children. They lived in Plonsk, was in Ghetto of Plonsk, and then were taken to Auschwitz Camp where all were murdered in 1942. I don’t know their names and date of birth. The testimony of her murder given in Yad Vashem by her niece, Ana Raquel Nuta, in 2004.
8.4.6.- ANNA or HANNA NUTA , who was born in Plonsk in 1907, she married BLUM and had three children. They lived in Plonsk, were in Ghetto of Plonsk, and then were taken to Auschwitz Camp of Extermination and murdered in 1942; all the family. I don’t know the names of her children and their birthday. The testimony was given by her niece, Ana Raquel Nuta, in Yad Vashem in 2004.
8.4.7.- RACHEL NUTA, who was born in Plonsk in 1909, and died with her husband in Auschwicz in 1942. They had a son from 8 months when the nazis entered Plonsk, and she gave him to a christian friend, who lived in the same house (they don’t make him the brit-milah, thinking the nazis were coming). We don’t know nothing about this child. Her brother in law who was a survived from Auschwitz, told this story to my parents, when they went to Israel. He told they, he tried to find them, but their didn’t live more in Plonsk, and he didn’t remember their surname. The testimony of the death of Rachel is given by her niece Ana Raquel Nuta in Yad Vashem in 2004.
8.4.8.- JOSIF MEILEJ NUTA, was born in Plonsk in 1911, and moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1937. He married Dobze (Dora)RZEZAK and had two children:
8.4.8.1. RAQUEL NUTA, who was born in Dec.1st,1943 and married Roberto Suez ,and had 3 children:
8.4.8.1.1.- Uriel or Ariel Suez, who was married and had 2 or 3 children or more.
8.4.8.1.2.- Tamara Suez, who was married a Rabie, and moved to Israel. They had 8 or 9 children or more.

9.3.- Soni Grinbaum Idel was a journalist, and all they died in Ghetto of Warsaw. They lived in this address: Zelaznej 75 a m 48. The testimony in Yad Vashem is given by their relative Ana Raquel Nuta, in 2004.- I don’t know there age of birth and death .
10.- LEON GRINBAUM, who was married and had many children, but I don’t know their names. He was my grandmother’s cousin. They were moved to the Ghetto of Warszawa, and he was very rich and a merchand and in the Ghetto he buy rifle, firearms and small arms. He live in the Ghetto, at Zamenhofa 24; in the front was a little grocery. He was in the Ghetto until the end, in the Straighten up. He took his family and many friends with their families and moved
them to the basement of the house, gave them the few firearms he had to shoot the nazis; they all died. I don’t know the name of his wife and children and their age. His sister was SIOSTA GRINBAUM and died too. Probably they died in Apr./May, 1943, but Leon was shooting. My father knows this history by a friend who find in Israel, who can escape from Ghetto or Warsaw. Ana Raquel Nuta, gived testimony in Yad Vashem, as a relative.
11.- CHANA GRINBAUM, who live in Warsaw in this address: Gesia 77, and died in 1941 in the Ghetto of Warsaw. She was my grand mother’s cousin in 2nd grade. Ana Raquel Nuta, gived testimony in Yad Vashem, as a relative.
12.-ZELMAN GRINBAUM, who live in Warsaw in this direction: Krochmalna 14, and died in the ghetto of Warsaw in 1941. He was my grandmothers cousin. Ana Raquel Nuta, gived testimony in Yad Vashem, as a cousin.
13.- ABRAHAM GRINBAUM , who was 38 years old, escape from the Ghetto of Warsaw in 1940. He was my grandmothers cousin. We know nothing about him. Ana Raquel Nuta, gived testimony in Yad Vashem, as a relative.
14.- RUCHLA or RACHEL GRINBAUM, who was young, escaped from the Ghetto of Warsaw in 1941, but we never know about her. Ana Raquel Nuta, gived testimony in Yad Vashem as a relative.

All these relatives I researched from different documents, and the rest what I remember my father told me, from different persons who find in Israel, some relatives and some friends, survivors. They was very much Grinbaum or Grinboim or Grymbaum, but I don’t know if there was relatives. They change his name were part of there moved to Denmark and Sweden to Grynbaum and when they moved to USA they change their name to Greenbaum. That’s I can say about my family Grinbaum.
