1948 List of Survivors

 Partial List of Horodenka
Holocaust Survivors - 1948

The United Horodenker Relief Committee, a joint effort by Horodenker landsmanshaftn, was organized near the close of WWII to "feed and clothe our survivors, and to help them to leave the D.P. [Displaced Persons] camps and to emigrate to other countries." The Committee published a "Report of Activities" each year. This list of survivors was found in the report of December, 1948, in the record group for the Progressive Horodenker Society at YIVO.
