1852 - Advance subscribers for the book Pirki Rebi Eliezer were, beside the rabbi: Abraham Yuudel Ratner, Arich Leib Berlin, Baruch Narkin, Baruch Vileinski,, Getzil Fried, Volf bar Yechiel Katz, Rabbi Zalman Margolin of Paris, Yitzhak Rabinovitz, Yeshiah David Dobkin, Yechiel Michal Fridliandski, Yitzhak Grayevski, Yitzhak Veinsheinker, Israel Shub, Meir Epshtein and his son Yudel, Michal Margolin, Mordecai Shapiro, Nachum Vileinski, Rafal Kasir, Shmuel Lazinski.
1894- Yitzhak Izik Ostrin was local deputy for the Eretz Israel farmers and workers support association. In the book Amol iz Geven, 1926, Israel Kopeloff recalls Bobroisk in the 1870's, including a ride to the village Ponkratevitch and a period spent in the village Tozilevitch where Jews lived.
