This is what the Jewish cemetery looked like shortly after
World War II. On much of this land is now a factory.

Remnants of the destroyed gravestones have been gathered together.

The Hebrew text reads:
"To the eternal memory of the Jewish community of
Vengrov that was annihilated at the hands of the Nazis
in the years of the Holocaust 1939-1944."
