Avram Chaim Rubin, ben Eliyahu, born about
1825, and his wife Chaia (bat Alexander Shonwald) Rubin.
Their 2 sons, Yechiel (Harris) and Leib (died young) were born in Rzeszow. They emmigrated to the US in the late 1850s and settled in San Francisco by 1865. Photo taken in San Francisco before 1880, when Chaia died. Connections with other Rubin families from Rzeszow unknown. Submitted by: Great-granddaughter, Marian Rubin. |
